I do love weekends, but I love starting a new week hitting the gym hard and making my 'to-do' lists for the next week and weekend.

Not too long ago I found how great meditation can be.  Almost every night I go to bed I play some kind of relaxation exercise.  You can find tons of them online, http://www.youtube.com/ to be exact.  If you have internet connection on your phone, a laptop, or can relax close to a computer you will have not trouble doing a relaxation exercise.  I even got my 5 year daughter asking to do this before bed every night!  Plugging in headphones also helps set the tone.  My favorite exercise is this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8ZttBrKboA .  Everyone needs to try this!!!  After I do an exercise like this one my mind feels so clear and refreshed.  If you can't get into it the first time you listen don't be scared to play it again, I do that all the time.  Sometimes I need a little bit to stop my mind from racing, so playing it twice helps to get more into it.  Have fun and relax!!
